Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including website management, order fulfillment coordination, and customer service oversight.
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and direct e-commerce sales.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis to optimize ROI.
• Monitor key e-commerce metrics (e.g., conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition cost) and implement strategies for improvement.
• Analyze social media performance, reporting on key metrics and insights to inform future campaign development.
• Ensure brand consistency across all online channels and collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements
