About the Role

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Production Operations Supervisor to oversee their operational activities in Mahikeng . Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily production operations, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of production operators and technicians to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor production volumes, analyze performance data, and implement strategies for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations in the operating facility.
• Manage the interface with maintenance, engineering, and support departments to resolve operational issues in Mahikeng .

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in oil and gas production operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of production equipment, processes, and safety protocols in the Oil & Gas sector.
