About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive visual and functional inspections of vehicles and their components at various stages of the production process.
• Identify and document any defects, deviations from specifications, or quality issues using established reporting procedures.
• Utilize various measuring tools and equipment to verify component dimensions and tolerances.
• Collaborate effectively with production supervisors and line workers to address quality concerns and implement immediate corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to all company quality standards, ISO certifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing production quality and reducing defects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector, preferably within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a production team.
