F&B SUPERVISOR

Bring your hospitality experience, people skills and passion for service to the floor!

We're looking for an experienced F&B Supervisor who is confident leading a front-of-house team, engaging with guests and ensuring every service runs smoothly.

You'll play a hands-on role in maintaining exceptional standards, supporting your team and keeping the operation efficient and profitable.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' F&B / hospitality experience
• Local SA
• Strong guest relations and customer service skills
• Experience supervising and training front-of-house teams
• Stocktaking and stock control experience
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Good understanding of POS systems, billing and cash-up procedures
• Strong food and beverage product knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organised, hands-on and able to work under pressure
• Must be prepared to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the F&B / front-of-house team during service
• Ensure a warm, professional and memorable guest experience
• Assist with staff scheduling, training and daily supervision
• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Ensure dining and coffee shop areas are consistently clean, well presented and correctly set up
• Monitor food hygiene, health & safety and environmental standards
• Manage guest requests, queries and bill-related matters
• Ensure accurate POS, payment and billing procedures
• Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently make recommendations to guests
• Assist with stocktaking and effective stock control
• Monitor service standards, team performance and operational efficiency
• Step onto the floor and assist wherever required to ensure smooth service
