About the Role:
You will work across cross-functional teams to analyze, optimize, and transform business processes, with a strong focus on execution and delivering results. This role is built on four key pillars:
- Project Management
- Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)
- Data Analytics
- Innovation
You wont just recommend improvements youll own and implement them.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Drive and support end-to-end projects across departments
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Use data to generate insights and support decision-making
- Build and contribute to dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics
- Participate in Kaizen initiatives and continuous improvement programs
- Support automation, digital transformation, and innovation pilots
What Were Looking For:
- BSc/BEng in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
- 35 years experience in process improvement, operations, or analytics
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability
- Exposure to tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python
- Understanding of Lean / Kaizen / Continuous Improvement principles
- Ability to work across teams and drive initiatives to completion
