Accounts Analyst

An established organisation in Benoni is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Account Analyst to join its team. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process membership applications and respond to member queries
• Maintain accurate member records and registers
• Assist with member invoicing and debtor management
• Follow up on member tonnage declarations
• Capture and analyse tonnage data
• Prepare reports and financial information for management
• Support the Financial Manager with monthly management accounts
• Prepare interim and annual regulatory reports
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Assist with EPR fee collection and payment processes

Qualifications & Skills:

• Matric
• BCom or equivalent
• Finance or Accounting modules advantageous
• 25 years relevant experience
• Proven reconciliation experience
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
