About the Role:

You will work across cross-functional teams to analyze, optimize, and transform business processes, with a strong focus on execution and delivering results. This role is built on four key pillars:

• Project Management
• Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)
• Data Analytics
• Innovation

You wont just recommend improvements youll own and implement them.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Drive and support end-to-end projects across departments
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Use data to generate insights and support decision-making
• Build and contribute to dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics
• Participate in Kaizen initiatives and continuous improvement programs
• Support automation, digital transformation, and innovation pilots

What Were Looking For:

• BSc/BEng in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
• 35 years experience in process improvement, operations, or analytics
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability
• Exposure to tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python
• Understanding of Lean / Kaizen / Continuous Improvement principles
• Ability to work across teams and drive initiatives to completion
