COPYWRITER

Our client, a leading player in the gaming, sports betting, and entertainment sectors, is seeking a talented Copywriter to craft compelling copy that amplifies brand messages, enhances customer engagement, and supports strategic marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Develop high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused copy across multiple digital touchpoints, including CRM campaigns, landing pages, websites, emails, SMS, push notifications, and in-app communications.

• Write compelling headlines, taglines, calls-to-action, and promotional messaging for sports betting, casino, seasonal, and promotional campaigns.

• Adapt copy for diverse audiences, platforms, and customer segments to ensure maximum relevance and impact.

• Proofread and edit content to maintain high standards of clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.

• Support customer acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation, and engagement through targeted copy.

• Collaborate with design, marketing, compliance, and legal teams to ensure messages are effective, compliant, and aligned with brand voice.

• Translate campaign briefs into simple, compelling communications that clearly convey promotional terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor campaign performance, leveraging A/B testing, data analysis, and customer insights to optimize messaging and improve results.

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to continually enhance communication strategies.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, Digital Copywriter, or similar role.

• Proven experience writing for digital channels and customer-facing marketing content.

• Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion and engagement.

• Experience in CRM copywriting, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

• Ability to adapt tone and style to fit different audiences and platforms.

• Excellent proofreading and editing skills.

• Familiarity with iGaming, sports betting, gaming, and digital marketing industries.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of iGaming regulations and responsible gambling messaging.

• Experience with campaign analytics, A/B testing, and customer insights.
