What You'll Do: - Maintain and optimize robotic paint application systems for reliable production performance - Ensure robotic systems produce optimal paint quality through diligent troubleshooting and fine-tuning - Resolve complex robotic, automation, and vision-related issues efficiently - Support the deployment of new technologies and automation initiatives - Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance and engineering teams - Manage system upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement projects - Oversee spare parts planning and lifecycle management of equipment - Develop technical specifications and business cases to support future investments - Assist production and maintenance teams during breakdowns, including standby duties Requirements: - 8 to 10 years of experience in robotics and automation within a manufacturing setting - Strong project management and troubleshooting skills - Proven expertise in robotic systems, especially in automotive or manufacturing sectors - Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Nice to Have: - Experience with vision systems integration - Knowledge of paint application robotics Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
