Key Responsibilities

• Guide potential buyers and sellers through the entire property transaction process.
• Conduct property viewings, open houses, and provide detailed property information to interested parties.
• Develop marketing strategies for listed properties, utilizing local channels and digital platforms.
• Negotiate offers and agreements between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Soweto property market , including pricing trends and local developments.

Requirements

• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) and relevant real estate qualifications.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent , with a strong focus on the Soweto market highly advantageous.
• Excellent knowledge of the local area, including property types and community dynamics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
