About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Educational Content Writer to join their team in Soweto . This role focuses on crafting clear, engaging, and accurate educational materials for various learning platforms and audiences. You will be responsible for developing content that supports curriculum objectives, enhances student understanding, and aligns with pedagogical best practices, working within a team dedicated to improving educational resources and accessibility for learners across different subjects and age groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread educational content for textbooks, workbooks, online modules, study guides, and assessments.
• Ensure content is accurate, age-appropriate, curriculum-aligned, and engaging for the target audience.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and editors to develop and refine educational materials.
• Research topics thoroughly to ensure the factual accuracy and pedagogical soundness of the content produced.
• Adapt writing style and tone to suit different subjects, levels, and learning objectives.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Journalism, Communications, or a relevant subject matter field.
