Role description:

The Product Development & Solutions Specialist is responsible fordeveloping new cross-border tax and compliance products whilesupporting the commercial team with deal structuring and thedesign of complex client solutions. This role bridges research, product development and clientengagement. The successful candidate will identify newopportunities, develop commercially viable solutions involvinginternational tax, VAT, customs, accounting and corporatestructures, and work directly with Sales and Client Success teamsto help clients navigate complex global supply chain and taxchallenges. A key part of the role involves working with local legal, tax and accounting advisors to understand each market'sregulatory landscape and, where required, applying to localrevenue authorities for special rulings. The role requires someone technically strong enough to conductdetailed tax and compliance research and build practical products,yet equally comfortable presenting those solutions to senior clientstakeholders. Success is measured not only by developinginnovative products, but by ensuring those products can be successfully implemented to win and deliver client business. Qualifications and Experience:

• Excellent academic results at both high school and universitylevel
• Degree in Accounting, Tax, Law, Finance, Economics or anotherbusiness-related discipline
• Professional qualification (CA(SA), ACA, CPA, CTA, LLB, orsimilar) advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in working under pressure with deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business problemsand develop practical commercial solutions
