About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various IT systems.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to ensure maximum uptime.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Provide remote technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user guides.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role, with a strong emphasis on remote support.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills for remote work.
