Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes for a variety of roles, ensuring timely and effective placements.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and refine recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consultancy setting.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
• Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage.
