E-commerce Marketing Coordinator

You will work closely with the marketing manager to implement strategies, manage content calendars, and analyze campaign performance, playing a key role in the success of our online store. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of daily digital marketing activities, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates.
• Support the creation of marketing collateral, including graphics, ad copy, and promotional materials for e-commerce initiatives.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
• Help track and report on key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for campaign execution and content production.
• Maintain the product catalog on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and attractive presentation.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within an e-commerce or digital marketing setting.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design tools like Canva is a plus.
