You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for technology roles, including software development, data science, cybersecurity, and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Tech & Digital roles on a remote basis.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and digital platforms to identify and engage top technology talent globally.
• Conduct comprehensive remote interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through virtual communication channels.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in the technology industry and recruitment best practices.
• Achieve and exceed placement targets and key performance indicators in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong specialization in Tech & Digital recruitment .
• Proven ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote environment.
• Expertise in sourcing candidates for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, and Product Managers.
• Excellent virtual communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with modern recruitment technologies, ATS systems, and online collaboration tools.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
