Our Real Estate Client is looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to take full responsibility for the marketing requirements of its property portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Marketing professional who can take a campaign from strategy and planning through to execution, coordination and performance reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement marketing strategies across the property portfolio
• Coordinate digital, print, social media, advertising and property marketing campaigns
• Manage marketing content, promotional materials, property listings and brand communications
• Liaise with internal teams, property managers, suppliers, agencies and other stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities simultaneously
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and recommendations
• Ensure consistent application of the brand across all marketing channels
• Identify new marketing opportunities that support leasing, sales, tenant engagement and portfolio growth

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant tertiary qualification or Degree in Marketing
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant marketing experience
• Proven experience managing marketing projects from strategy through to implementation
• Excellent communication, organisational and project-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage a demanding workload and multiple priorities
• High level of initiative, accountability and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
• A hardworking, energetic and solutions-driven approach
