Our Rosebank store plays an important role in bringing this vision to life, and we’re looking for a passionate Flexi Retail Sales Consultant to join the team and create meaningful in-store experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Flexi Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll be an important part of the customer experience — welcoming people into our space, sharing the Sealand story, and helping customers find products that align with their lifestyle.
You’ll support the Rosebank store team during busy trading periods, weekends, public holidays, leave cover, and other operational needs. You’ll contribute to sales, maintain high store standards, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the Sealand brand.
Flexi team members are expected to be adaptable, reliable, and available to work according to the store’s changing operational requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service that makes every customer feel welcome and valued
- Confidently share the Sealand story and product knowledge
- Assist with customer queries, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner
- Create a warm, engaging in-store environment aligned with Sealand’s values
Sales & Product Knowledge
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
- Build strong product knowledge across materials, functionality, and brand story
- Identify natural upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Assist customers in finding products that best suit their needs
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and campaigns
Store Presentation & Operations
- Maintain the overall look and feel of the store, from merchandising to cleanliness
- Ensure all in-store elements (music, scent, lighting, displays) are on-brand
- Restock and keep the store organised and visually appealingAssist with receiving and unpacking deliveries when needed
- Follow all store procedures and operational standards
Team Support
- Work closely with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide additional support during busy trading periods, weekends, public holidays, and staff leave
- Support visual merchandising and campaign rollouts
- Uphold Sealand’s retail standards, including punctuality and professionalism
- Participate in ongoing training through Sealand Academy
- Be adaptable and willing to support the team where needed

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable working with POS systems and store operations

- Able to work varying shifts based on store requirements
