About The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Advisor, People & Culture to join the dnata catering & retail team. This role is currently based at our Mascot facility, with an anticipated transition to our new Western Sydney International Airport facility in mid-2027.

Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, you will provide practical and operational People & Culture support across assigned business units, partnering with leaders and employees to deliver high-quality people outcomes. This role plays a key part in supporting employee relations, recruitment, workforce initiatives, compliance, and day-to-day P&C activities while helping to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical People & Culture advice and support to leaders and employees.
• Support employee lifecycle activities including probation, performance matters, leave and workforce administration.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities, including pre-employment checks.
• Support employee and industrial relations matters, investigations and workplace consultations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, documentation and compliance requirements.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to P&C projects and workforce initiatives.

About You

• Experience in a People & Culture, HR Generalist or Employee Relations role.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, food production, logistics, aviation or other high-volume operational environment.
• Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and employment legislation.
• Experience supporting ER/IR matters, including performance, conduct and investigations.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Relevant HR, Employee Relations or Business qualification highly regarded.
