Job Overview

The Digital Transformation Lead will spearhead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive digital strategies for Microsoft’s South African clientele. Reporting to the Director of Digital Innovation, the role involves partnering with cross‑functional teams to identify business challenges, propose technology‑driven solutions, and oversee end‑to‑end implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable cloud‑based solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.

• Champion best practices in change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
