About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and innovative Director of Operations Strategy to lead the development and implementation of operational initiatives across their globally distributed teams, with a hub in Polokwane . This senior remote role is responsible for defining the future state of operations, driving significant improvements in efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. You will work closely with executive leadership to align operational strategy with overall business goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear, compelling operational strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the design and execution of strategic operational projects.

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
