About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead critical business transformation initiatives in Randburg. This role is central to driving strategic change, optimizing business processes, and implementing new organizational capabilities. You will manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and successful adoption of new ways of working. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of business transformation projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems by end-users.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on business transformation and change management projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving process re-engineering, system implementations, and organizational change.
• Experience with various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business process analysis and project management software.
