Senior Actuarial Supervisor – Product and Pricing Enablement

• Support the development and enhancement of protection products


• Perform pricing reviews, recommend and implement product and pricing changes


• Conduct experience investigations and provide actionable insights


• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement


• Support strategic projects and business priorities across the Protection Product team


• Collaborate with stakeholders across Customer Proposition, Finance, Correspondence, Legal, IT and Servicing


• Assist with the implementation, testing and governance of product and pricing changes


• Lead, manage and develop team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team


• Work across the full protection product value chain, from product design and pricing to performance management and strategic delivery


• Partner with senior leaders and influence key business decisions

Requirements

• Qualified or nearly qualified actuary


• 6+ years of actuarial experience in life insurance or protection products


• Experience in product development, pricing and/or experience investigations


• Good understanding of life insurance products and profitability drivers


• IFRS 17 knowledge will be advantageous


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Advanced Excel skills


• Experience with Prophet or similar actuarial modelling tools


• SQL or Python experience will be advantageous


• Commercially aware and customer focused


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery


• Self‑motivated, adaptable and accountable


• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines


• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Actuarial Science (Required)
