About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic Management Consultant focused on Organizational Development to join their team in Soweto . This role is crucial for helping clients design and implement effective organizational structures, improve employee engagement, and foster a positive corporate culture. You will work with leadership teams to understand their talent strategies, identify gaps, and implement solutions that enhance performance and retention. Key Responsibilities

• Assess current organizational structures, workflows, and talent management processes.
• Design and implement strategies for organizational effectiveness, change management, and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of organizational behavior , team dynamics, and HR best practices.
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
