Hospitality Graphic Designer

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a creative, self-motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our client's marketing team within the hospitality industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging marketing and guest-facing materials that support the property's brand, guest experience and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hospitality branding and be able to translate concepts into high-quality designs across both digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and visually appealing designs for the hotel's/lodge's marketing requirements.
• Design brochures, menus, flyers, posters, signage, guest collateral and promotional materials.
• Create engaging graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns and online platforms.
• Assist with the design of marketing campaigns, promotions, events and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding across all hospitality properties and guest touchpoints.
• Design guest-facing collateral including:
• Menus and drinks lists
• Spa and wellness materials
• Guest information booklets
• In-room collateral
• Promotional brochures
• Event and wedding collateral
• Signage and promotional displays
• Prepare artwork for professional printing and ensure files meet printer specifications.
• Handle packaging artwork for printers where required.
• Create and edit presentations using PowerPoint.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to understand creative requirements.
• Assist with photography and imagery selection where required.
• Adapt designs for different formats and marketing platforms.
• Ensure all artwork is accurate, professional and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines.
• Make design amendments and revisions as required.
• Maintain organised design files and artwork archives.
• Stay up to date with current hospitality, design and marketing trends.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

• Graphic Design qualification – essential.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Previous experience within hospitality, tourism, hotels, lodges, restaurants or travel will be highly advantageous.
• Experience with packaging artwork and preparing artwork for printers.
• Strong knowledge of print and digital design.
• Must be proficient in:
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Previous marketing experience will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of branding and visual communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and work under pressure.
