Are you a financial modelling specialist ready to work on complex, high-impact infrastructure projects across Africa?

Our client is a highly reputable global consulting firm shaping the future of transport infrastructure across Africa and beyond.

They are looking for a strategic, solutions-oriented Engagement Manager with strong financial acumen to join their expanding Transport Consulting Practice.

You will combine advanced financial modelling, financial analysis and strategic problem-solving while leading project teams and working directly with senior clients.

Your work will span areas such as:

- Financial modelling & model evaluation

- Project & infrastructure finance

- Financial structuring & financing strategies

- Business cases, feasibility studies & business planning

- Financial and risk analysis

- Public sector & private-sector advisory

What we are looking for:

- Graduate qualification in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Actuarial Science or Economics

- 57 years' experience in finance, management consulting or advisory

- Excellent Excel & financial modelling skills, with a demonstrable track record in financial modelling-related projects

- Exceptional numerical, analytical and problem-solving ability

- Proven team leadership experience

- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations

- Entrepreneurial, adaptable and comfortable working with complex and ambiguous problems
