POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Keep critical data environments running smoothly by supporting SQL Server databases, ETL processes, and BI platforms. You'll play a key role in monitoring performance, resolving incidents, maintaining security, and ensuring the reliability of business-critical data operations. Skills & Experience: Minimum 2+ years' experience in Database Administration, BI Support, Data Management, or IT Support Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and relational database concepts Experience monitoring database performance, availability, and system health Understanding of SQL Agent jobs, ETL processes , and data refresh activities Exposure to database security, user access management, and governance principles Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience supporting backups, restores, and disaster recovery activities advantageous Exposure to SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, or Power BI advantageous High attention to detail and strong documentation skills Eagerness to learn and grow within modern data and cloud environments Qualification: National Diploma, B-Tech Degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification Foundational SQL and database administration knowledge Understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and BI support concepts advantageous Exposure to Microsoft data technologies, reporting tools, or cloud platforms beneficial Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile or to view all our Jobs in Information Technology.
