Requirements:
- CA(SA) or CIMA qualification
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
- Experience within FMCG Manufacturing Product-based Pharmaceutical or similar industries advantageous
- Previous leadership or team management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for process improvement and automation
- Systems-driven mindset
- Syspro experience beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive positive change
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting and month-end processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
- Analyse financial data and provide strategic insights
- Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning
- Lead and mentor finance team members
- Improve efficiencies across finance operations
- Assist with system enhancements and optimisation projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and procedures
