This role requires a forward-thinking marketing leader who can combine commercial insight, creative excellence and digital innovation to build a future-ready marketing capability.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will lead a team of five direct reports and play a pivotal role in shaping the organisations growth strategy across restaurant, digital, delivery, loyalty and franchise channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overarching marketing and growth strategy.
• Strengthen brand equity and drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Translate consumer insights, cultural trends and customer data into commercial growth opportunities.
• Lead innovation across products, customer experiences, digital platforms and strategic partnerships.
• Champion the adoption of AI, MarTech and data-driven marketing capabilities.
• Optimise marketing investment, campaign effectiveness and commercial performance.
• Build and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, franchise partners and agencies to deliver integrated marketing strategies.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification essential; MBA highly preferred.
• 510 years of progressive marketing and brand management experience, preferably within FMCG, QSR, retail, consumer technology or a digitally enabled consumer business.
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering sustainable commercial growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer insights, CRM, loyalty and omnichannel marketing.
• Experience managing significant marketing investments and influencing commercial performance.
• Demonstrated ability to engage executive stakeholders and lead integrated marketing initiatives.
