POSITION INFO:
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include, but not limited to: Design and develop complex SAP solutions to meet business requirements. Champion and drive an AI Native working model and framework within an SAP landscape, resulting in tangible efficiency gains and cost reductions when compered to \"as-is\" working model. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Maintaining and optimising existing implemented warehouse management features. Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals. Support within the feature Go-Live preparation and post Go-Live activities such as hyper care. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP functionalities. Responsible for managing potential production incidents as part of the DEV team, including on-call duties approximately five times a year for 3rd level support. Interaction with IT and business stakeholders through meetings, calls and emails. Presenting concepts, specifications and implementations for IT and business stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices in warehouse management. Any additional responsibilities assigned as per the Agile working Model Team Charter. QUALIFICATIONS\/EXPERIENCE: BSc Computer Science degree or equivalent and relevant qualification from recognised South African university. SAP ABAP Certification.
