Recruitment Consultant

Frank Consult is a South African recruitment business placing candidates across specialist and professional roles for clients nationwide. We need an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can own the full desk — from brief to placement — and build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

This is a remote role for a self-driven recruiter who is comfortable working independently, managing their own pipeline, and delivering results without close day-to-day supervision.

Key responsibilities:

• Take ownership of client briefs and deliver suitable shortlists to agreed timelines.

• Source, screen and present candidates across assigned markets and roles.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including interviews, feedback, offers and onboarding support.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

• Grow your desk through business development and repeat client work.

• Keep accurate activity and candidate records in RecruitOps (or similar ATS).

• Represent Frank Consult professionally in all candidate and client engagements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar agency recruiter.

• Strong track record of placements in a permanent or contract recruitment environment.

• Confident sourcing via LinkedIn, Boolean/X-ray search, databases and networks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a professional client-facing manner.

• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working remotely with high accountability.

• Experience with an ATS (RecruitOps or similar) would be advantageous.

• Sector specialism (e.g. industrial, agriculture, commercial, finance or IT) would be advantageous.
