About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Installation & Repair Technician to join their growing team in Mahikeng. This position is essential for providing on-site services to customers, encompassing the installation of new equipment and the repair of existing systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are performed to the highest standards and that repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Install and set up new equipment and systems at customer premises according to specifications.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various types of equipment and machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and preventative servicing on client systems.
• Respond to service calls and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all installation, repair, and maintenance activities performed.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and adheres to company quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Installation Technician or Repair Technician .
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems relevant to the industry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within the Mahikeng region and possess a valid driver's license.
