About the Role

Our client is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Insurance Compliance Officer to join their legal and compliance department in Klerksdorp . This role is critical for ensuring that all company operations adhere to relevant insurance laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance, conducting internal audits, and developing training programs to promote a culture of integrity. Your expertise will help safeguard the company against legal and financial penalties, maintaining its reputation in the North West region.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret insurance laws and regulations, advising management on compliance requirements.


• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures across all business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Thorough understanding of South African insurance regulations and industry best practices.


• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulations clearly.
