Our client, a well-established Farming/Agricultural company, in Bloemfontein, is seeking an experienced Farm Foreman to join their team!
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Farm Foremen or similar farming position.
- Strong practical farming experience.
- Experience with livestock and general farming operations.
- Ability to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Valid RSA driver's licence.
- Physically fit and willing to work hands-on.
- Must be willing to reside and work in the Verkeerdevlei/Tweespruit area -Bloemfontein
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day farming operations.
- Manage and supervise farm employees.
- Assist with livestock management and general animal care.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
- Monitor daily farming activities and ensure tasks are completed.
- Assist with planting, harvesting and other seasonal farming activities.
