This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and efficiency of flight schedules by planning and monitoring flight paths, weather conditions, and aircraft status. You will work independently but as part of a vital ground operations team, utilizing advanced communication and navigation systems. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and issue flight releases, ensuring all operational and regulatory requirements are met.
• Monitor flight progress, weather conditions, and operational changes, making necessary adjustments.
• Communicate effectively with flight crews, air traffic control, and relevant operational departments.
• Analyze flight plans for fuel efficiency, route optimization, and safety considerations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date flight logs and operational records.
• Respond to and manage operational disruptions or emergencies remotely.

Requirements

• Valid Aircraft Dispatcher (ADX) certification or equivalent license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in flight operations or dispatch.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, meteorology, and navigation principles.
• Proficiency with flight planning software and communication systems.
• Excellent decision-making skills and ability to work autonomously.
• A reliable home office setup with a stable high-speed internet connection.
