Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert remote technical support for the installation and configuration of various systems and hardware.

• Educate customers on system functionalities and best practices for initial use through virtual demonstrations and guidance.
• Document technical procedures, common challenges, and successful resolutions for internal knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales and engineering, to enhance the customer installation experience.
• Manage installation tickets efficiently, prioritizing and escalating issues as needed to meet service level agreements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical installation or remote support role, with a strong track record of successful deployments.
• Deep understanding of hardware, software, and network components relevant to system integration.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences remotely.
• Proficiency with remote desktop tools, ticketing systems, and collaborative communication platforms.
