SUMMARY:
A Vacancy exists for a Shift Leader in the Mining Division at Impala Platinum based in Rustenburg.

The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following:

POSITION INFO:
Check if Security Officers are compliant with BPC and Client procedures. Monitoring of responsible fleet vehicles. Monitoring and booking arrangements of medicals, Teba and inductions. On the job training and PTO's. Random parade inspections. After hour visits. Liaison with clients. Risk assessments and Recommendations. Monitoring of pay roll process. Disciplinary actions. Preferred qualifications\/attributes\/skills: Valid PSIRA certificate - Grade - A Previous experience in a Senior Supervisor position Computer literate. Grade 12 qualification. Have excellent presentation, professionalism to liaise with clients, written, verbal communication and report writing skills. Strong administrator skills. Reporting skills. Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to liaise with clients. Ability to work independently, under pressure, execution of tasks timeously and meet targets. Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record. Firearm Competency will be an advantage Valid code B drivers' licence Must pass fingerprint screening and polygraph exam.
