Take ownership of service coordination within a small, customer-focused office-automation after-sales business.
This varied role offers exposure to service calls, stock management, billing support, customer relationships and general service administration.

Minimum Requirements:
Completed Grade 12
Valid driver’s license as you may be required to attend clients site on occasion
Basic bookkeeping skills and strong numerical ability
Experience using Sage Accounting or a similar accounting package
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Experience generating quotes and invoices
Strong office administration, organisation and follow-up skills
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of records accurately
Strong customer service, telephone and people skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage service-call queries from initial logging through to satisfactory resolution
Coordinate and follow up on outstanding service matters
Plan, forecast and manage stock requirements
Assist with gathering and preparing information for monthly billing
Generate customer quotes and invoices
Handle ad hoc sales to customers
Organise and maintain accurate office and service records
Maintain professional, long-term working relationships with customers
Provide reliable administrative support within the Service Department
