Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of multiple civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and project goals from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and construction personnel to resolve technical issues and ensure project progress.
• Conduct remote project reviews, monitor site progress through reports and virtual site visits, and ensure quality control.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications effectively in a virtual environment.
• Uphold and enforce stringent health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all project phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) or Professional Engineering Technologist (Pr.Tech.Eng) registration with ECSA.
• A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects using digital collaboration tools and remote work technologies.
• Exceptional understanding of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities adaptable to a remote work setting.
