About the Role

You will manage the entire recruitment process, from initial client engagement to successful candidate placement, ensuring excellence and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for roles within the financial services sector, including banking, insurance, and investment management.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their qualifications and suitability for client needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific hiring requirements and strategic goals.

Requirements
