REPORT TO: Practice Manager / Owner

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday - Friday
• 08:00am - 17:00pm (out of season) / 10:00am - 19:00pm (peak season)
• Saturday 08:00am - 12:00pm
• Closed Sundays & major public holidays

REMUERATION & BENEFITS:

• R9,000 - R15,000 Basic Salary (B/O Qualification & Experience)
• Treatment Commission
• Retail Commission
• Excellent earning potential

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. DIPLOMA achieved in Somatology / Health & Skin Care or Dermal Aesthetics (minimum 2-years based on your professional designation)
2. Must be based within the Cape Winelands with reliable transport
3. Beautifully groomed and highly presentable - professional appearance for an industry professional
4. Confident in all standard Skincare and Beauty Therapies (as per qualification) in addition to LASER Hair Removal & LASER Skin Rejuvenation.
5. Prior employment experience within a credible, Aesthetic environment with exposure to advanced clinical procedures (Dermatology Practice / Medi-Spa / Aesthetic Clinic or Salon)
6. Experience and confident working with advanced, active, ingredients and within your scope of practice as an Aesthetic Therapist or Somatologist
7. Able to build long lasting rapport with your clients and maintain our image in the industry and local community - our clients include high profile individuals and discretion is absolutely required
8. Team player - however able to run your own schedule and meet KPI's aligned with your duties
9. Confidently prescribe relevant follow-up procedures and home-care regime based on client expectations and requirements
10. Confident speaking to medical professionals and high profile clients alike - our clients include European tourists, influencers and local Winelands residents
