Key Responsibilities Perform a comprehensive range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including injectables, laser therapies, and advanced facials. Oversee daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and client flow. Lead, train, and motivate a team of aestheticians and support staff, fostering a positive work culture. Ensure strict adherence to medical protocols, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance. Manage client relationships, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience as a licensed Aesthetician , with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Proven expertise in advanced aesthetic procedures and technologies. Strong understanding of clinic management, operations, and financial oversight. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a team effectively and drive performance.
