Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead educators in planning and implementing daily activities and lesson plans.
• Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods, ensuring their safety and engagement.
• Support children's learning and development by engaging them in educational games and activities.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Assist with basic care needs, such as feeding, changing diapers, and hygiene routines.
• Observe children's behavior and development, reporting any significant observations to the lead educator.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred.
