About the Role

Our client, an established architectural firm based in Polokwane , seeks a detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsperson to join their growing team. This role involves preparing precise technical drawings and documentation under the guidance of architects and technologists. You will play a key part in bringing design concepts to life through accurate and professional drawings, contributing to a variety of residential and commercial projects within Limpopo . This hybrid role offers a balance of collaborative office work and the flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Assist architects and technologists in developing design documentation.
• Prepare drawings for planning applications and building permit submissions.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, consistent, and adhere to company and industry standards.
• Maintain and update drawing registers and project filing systems.
• Collaborate with the design team to resolve technical drawing queries.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Draughtsperson or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of Revit.
• Strong understanding of architectural drafting conventions and building components.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A relevant qualification or certification in architectural drafting.
