About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and results-obsessed Remote E-commerce Growth Hacker to drive rapid expansion and customer acquisition. You will be responsible for experimenting with new growth tactics, optimizing conversion funnels, and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions. This is a fully remote position, offering you the freedom to work from anywhere in South Africa while making a significant impact on our e-commerce performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement rapid experimentation processes to identify and test new growth levers.
• Optimize the entire customer journey, from acquisition and activation to retention and referral.
• Analyze user behavior, A/B test results, and conversion data to drive actionable insights.
• Develop and execute strategies for viral growth, user acquisition, and customer lifetime value enhancement.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.
• Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, tools, and growth hacking methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving significant growth in an e-commerce or digital product environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis tools and A/B testing platforms.
• Experience with various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and affiliate marketing.
• Creative mindset with a passion for experimentation and finding unconventional solutions.
• Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
