Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, project plans, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance remote work environment.
• Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and risk management for digital transformation programs.
• Facilitate seamless communication and stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization.
• Drive adoption of new digital tools and processes, ensuring successful change management and user training.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 4 years focused on digital transformation or large-scale IT projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects with significant business impact.
• Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and digital technologies.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in a remote context.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and leading organizational transitions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
