Contracts Controller
Responsibilities
Overseeing Avis Managed Maintenance Authorisations for Service, Repair and Maintenance Contract (R & M) requests.
Assist with technical queries and escalated enquiries from MM to relevant stakeholders.
Service, Repairs and Maintenance (R & M) Contracts – Draw up, Communication and Manage process flow.
Manage the complete Masterfile of contracts for all Truck under Service and Maintenance contracts.
Verify monthly MM billing from Avis to BTS to confirm validity and submit any valid goodwill’s
Process MM Invoicing from Avis according to finance department payment procedure.
Process and supply all independent dealers & suppliers with official order numbers for all breakdowns completed for retail clients
Process Dealer & supplier invoices.
Provide operational inputs, market inputs, manage the costing analysis and reporting the approved Cost Per Kilometre (CPK) rates charged to customers for Service and Maintenance contracts.
Attend to Call Centre enquiries / referrals and standby required for customer requests.
Contract extension costing and early termination penalty calculations for customers.
Service history analyses for customers as per audit requirement.
Maintenance contract expense reporting to finance department.
Month end reporting on maintenance contract performance.
Support with debtors & creditors queries.
Required Qualifications/Experience
Diploma in office administration, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field of study.
Advanced diploma in Office administration, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field of study will be an advantage.
