Senior UX Researcher (Remote)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and empathetic Senior UX Researcher to join their fully remote product development team. You will be instrumental in uncovering user needs, behaviors, and motivations through rigorous research methods, providing actionable insights to inform product strategy and design decisions. This role is critical for ensuring our digital products are user-centered, intuitive, and effective, driving a deeper understanding of our user base across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and analyze user research studies, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and field studies.
• Translate research findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights and recommendations for product and design teams.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user feedback throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to represent user needs and behaviors.
• Advocate for the user and champion a user-centered design culture across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful research projects.
• Proficiency in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate research findings to diverse audiences.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
