Finance Manager

Our client, an established organization operating across financial services, real estate, and management sectors, is seeking a senior Finance Manager to lead regional teams and optimize financial performance.

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Oversee and manage staff and regional operations to ensure operational excellence.
• Facilitate management meetings to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Review performance metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement.
• Drive enhancements in billing, debtors, leasing, facilities management, and cash flow processes.
• Monitor and analyse the financial performance of regional property portfolios.
• Collaborate on budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure reviews to support business growth.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and management packs for executive review.
• Maintain KPAs and reporting structures to ensure clarity and accountability.
• Support regional financial and operational functions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and financial delegation requirements.

Duties:

• Lead and develop regional finance teams.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Implement best practice financial control and procedures.
• Liaise with stakeholders to promote financial discipline.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Between 5 to 10 years of relevant financial management experience.
• Proficiency in financial systems, preferably MDA, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.Excellent analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple operational functions.

Familiarity with the following:

• Financial management within the real estate or property management sectors.
• Regulatory compliance specific to South African financial and property sectors.
