DENTAL RECEPTIONIST | EAST RAND, GAUTENG

A busy and established dental practice inBoksburg, East Randis looking for an experiencedDental Receptionistto join their growing team.

The practice currently has a team of three Receptionists, with one existing team member moving into a different role in the practice. They are therefore looking for an additional Receptionist to join the team.

This is a busy practice, and the successful candidate will need to be organised, efficient and confident dealing with patients while managing the administrative demands of a fast-paced dental environment.

Previous DENTAL Reception, bookkeeping and billing experience is essential, as the successful candidate will be expected to already have these skills and be able to manage these responsibilities independently.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional and well-presented
• Computer literate
• Accurate and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong telephone and patient communication skills
• Experience with dental practice management software advantageous
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing front-desk reception duties
• Welcoming and assisting patients
• Answering and managing telephone enquiries
• Booking and managing patient appointments
• Patient administration and record management
• Processing billing and accounts
• Bookkeeping-related duties
• Managing payments and account queries
• Liaising with patients regarding outstanding accounts
• Supporting the smooth administrative operation of the practice
